We highly recommend International exhibitors & visitors follow the steps below and identify the proper travel Visa procedures to enter Canada. To attend the Show as an exhibitor or International Visitor, please start your Visa process earlier as there may be additional wait times in your country.

1. Check the Visa requirements for your specific country.
   Please confirm the Visa requirement for enter Canada. https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html. If you require a Visa, you must apply for an entry Visa through the Canadian Embassy in your country.

1. For International Exhibitor register online to attend or exhibit at Prime Expo Canada 2020.
   International Exhibitors can book booth online to secure exhibit space.For exhibitors, you can contact with your organizer to receive your link for letters of invitation, stand allocation and fees invoice to apply for your Visa

For International Visitors,
if you require an invitation letter for your Visa Application, please check the appropriate box in the visitor international registration process.After the completion of your registration. You must provide a copy of the passports for all applicants, proof of payment to get the visa invitation letter.

Important Notes:

• Visa obtaining process is entirely the responsibility of the international exhibitor or visitor and show organizer shall have no liability in the issuance of visa but just can only give all the necessary and supportive documents required for obtaining the visa

Do not travel to Canada, or make travel arrangements, without proper entry documentation.
